Ecommerce Customer Experience and Factory Shop Assistant

Graf Lantz is seeking self-sufficient Ecommerce Customer Experience and Factory Shop Assistant. Graf Lantz is looking for a pro-active, detail-oriented, and positive person to join our small team in Silver Lake. Experience in the fashion, gift or home market desired - e-commerce experience a plus.

Duties include
• E-commerce Customer Service.
• E-commerce - Platform & Product Management.
• E-commerce Reporting.
• Drop Ship & Amazon Management.
• Office management / Phone and Office Supplies.
• Accounting Maintenance.
• Inventory and system management.
• Best Customer Management .
• Sample trafficking & Release .
• Wholesale Support.
• Factory Shop and Upkeep.

Experience in customer service
Experience in fashion/home/gift industry a plus
Excellent customer service email and phone skills
Proficiency in word, excel and QB
Experience in Zendesk a plus
Extremely organized
Self manager
Strategic thinker to drive business forward
